Digital Virtuosos: My Blogger Inspirations—pt. 3

Being a new blogger, there was one aspect that troubled my mind the most: "Where should I start?" While I have had years of writing experiences (academic, editorial, creative, etc.) and tons of ideas that had been swirling around in my head for months, thinking of an initial topic did not come easily at 1st.

   Nevertheless, in seeing the name of my blog at the top of a blank page and thinking of the very essence of the word virtuoso, an epiphany was born: digital virtuosos. These are the people who are true virtuosos of the digital world—people who have fervently engulfed themselves into digital marketing, publishing, and entrepreneurship. These are the people who have deeply encouraged me. I introduce to you, last but definitely not least, the final addition to my blogger inspirations...


 3. Taiwanda Bason           

Known as The Border Breaking Specialist, 
Taiwanda Bason truly lives up to this moniker. With years of experience in traveling and teaching abroad, Taiwanda has created a career out of providing consultation services to students, teachers, and organizations. Taiwanda helps individuals to enhance their careers and expand their language learning opportunities, through the products and services on her website.

     In addition to those products and services, with recorder in hand, Taiwanda takes individuals on her traveling journeys via Instagram: there, she gives detailed insight on what it’s like to travel abroad, as both teacher and student.

      The many testimonies on her site attest to how proficient she is at what she does and why she really is The Border Breaking Specialist. Considering my love of language and the fact that my academic career is tied to Linguistics/ESL, Taiwanda's entrepreneurial innovativeness has inspired me and shown me the many benefits of teaching abroad. Accompanied by a positive and humble personality, Taiwanda uses the digital world to connect with the people she consults and teaches; doing so then allows her to travel to different corners of the world, connecting with more individuals in a unique and exciting way. All these aspects make Taiwanda a true digital virtuoso...
