Day 3 is here and boy do I have a treat for you all! And by treat, I don't mean Carol's semi-creepy gesture of providing "lots of cookies." But, you can always eat some sweets while partaking in this activity: watching tv or streaming! In this section, I will not only tell you where to watch, but also what to watch to slay some boredom 😎.
3. Rona and Chill (via Video/Streaming Content):
Like #1, this option involves watching videos, however, this video watching includes tv shows and movies—not short social media vids. Below are sites that you can either pay to stream/watch videos, watch for free, or indulge in a little bit of both. They are labeled accordingly, so you're welcome!
Paid Content
Netflix and Redbox—Netflix is subscription based, so If you don't already have it, this is just an fyi. Nevertheless, the great shows & movies you get, make for endless hours of not being bored: that's what I call winning. Many people don't know this, but Redbox is not just a red box full of rentals, outside of CVS, Walmart, and Fred stores. You can make an account and stream movies from your laptop, phone, or to your tv! They even have movies you can get for less than a dollar sometimes (80-90 cents). Below are some of my top picks for series & movies on the 2 platforms:
Netflix: (has a new Party feature where you can watch with friends on the web)
-The Walking Dead (naturally...I mean, peep my theme for this whole blog series 😌)
-The Last Kingdom (Fyi: Uhtred...is...Bae. "Destiny is all" and that is all 🙌 🙌 🙌)
-The Witcher (If you like sci-fi fantasy, beowulf, LOTR kind of monsters, this is for you)
-Ozark (Gory, violent, etc., just to warn you, but has really interesting characters and plot)
-You (Search Joe Goldberg memes and you will understand the seriousness of this show)
-The BlackList (Crime show roller coaster, with a healthy 6 seasons, & 22-23 eps per season!)
Redbox: (choose On Demand to stream)
-Jumanji: Next Level (comedy, adventure, everything)
-21 Bridges (absolute fav! the plot had me utterly shook)
-Spies in Disguise (haven't seen, but with that cast, it can't fail)
-Knives Out (a bomb murder mystery, that has you guessing the whole time)
Free Content
Tubi and Crackle Tv—Both sites are free & have great movies and tv shows; however, Startup, is a cryptocurrency drama that is highly underrated, and deserves to be on everybody's list of cliffhanger, suspense, and all-out great shows. Some of the movies on these sights include: The Taking of Pelham 123; Aeon Flux; Anonymous; Good Burger, & tv series

Facebook Watch —I don't watch this 1 much, butttt...when I do, All Def is my go-to channel. They have hilarious content, that will keep you laughing 😂. This site also has tons of other shows such as Red Table Talk, Humans of New York, and Loosley Actually Nicole.
Paid and Free
Youtube —known for its free content, many don't know that you can watch the latest free movies/series on Youtube and buy movies.
Another important thing to note...because the coronavirus has caused movie theaters to close for now, movies like The Invisible Man, Onward, Frozen II, and Bad Boys for Life can be bought/rented out on the site. Click here to see selections.
Between the links, the free content, and having new shows and movies to add to your watch list, I hope you have enjoyed part 3 of this series! Feel free to drop a comment about what you're watching and where to watch —maybe you have shows that people can add to their list as well 😏. Part 4 of this series drops tomorrow, be sure to subscribe to this blog, and follow me on social media for updates: Facebook | Instagram
